Pool Service Pricing

All pool services & repairs are paid in advance. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us!
Cleaning + Chemicals Included* ​
  • *Price varies depending on size of pool and presence of cage enclosure. (Robotic cleaners are excluded from service.)
  • Specialty chemicals i.e. Algaecide, Stain / Scale preventatives are extra and not included in normal weekly chemical services.
  • Adding and balancing chemicals, adjusting salt and SWG cells (A maximum of 1 bag of salt is included in the monthly service as overfilling or rain may dilute salt concentration.)
  • Emptying the skimmer and pump baskets as well as pool sweep bag.
  • Brushing the walls, seats, steps and vacuuming when necessary.
  • Back washing D.E. filters or cleaning single cartridge filters as needed.
  • Pool water level is responsibility of the homeowner.

* Pool service "Chemicals Included" prices are contingent on that the pool is in assumable condition. Clear water and chemicals are balanced. If pool is not assumable then please look at the Green2Clean section on this page. 
 
Green To Clean (G2C)
  • Green2Clean Level 1* - Start up Cleaning Level 1 $100 - $200 (Steps and Bottom of Pool Can be seen.) Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
  • Green2Clean Level 2* - Start up Cleaning $200 - $300 (Water is milky blue/green and bottom of pool cannot be seen.) Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
  • Green2Clean Level 3* - Start up Cleaning $300 - $400 (Water is Brown or Black and steps and bottom of Pool cannot be seen.) Cleaning fee includes all chemicals, multiple visits until water is balanced and blue.
  • Green2Clean Level 4*  This would require a drain and pressure wash and will be quoted on an as needed basis as there are many factors involved to provide a fair and accurate quote.

Pool Repairs
  • $ 150.00/hr (one hour min) + Parts for repairs to equipment.
  • *Drain wavier  - (In rare cases, level 4 pools may need to be drained if excessive bottom sediment and debris accumulation has occurred at which point a drain wavier must be signed before any work is performed.) In the event of a pool drain, extra charges are incurred above and beyond any G2C charge mentioned above and will be discussed and agreed upon before work is performed.
  • *All Green2Cleans do not include black algae treatments. This is a separate charge as this type of algae is more difficult and requires specific protocols and different chemical algaecides to eliminate. Once the pool is clear, the black algae will be visible and assessment will be made for treatment recommendations.
